Basalt
In a shaker filled with ice, pour:
4.5 cl of Caldeira Gin Organic Cérès
2.5 cl of Yuzu Triple Sec Cérès
4 cl of Organic Verbena Cérès
2 cl of fresh lemon juice
2 cl of cane syrup
Shake the shaker vigorously, then strain the contents into a tumbler glass filled with ice.
Top up with a dash of tonic water. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Our secret recipe… or almost
To make our Caldeira gin, we distill all the gin's botanicals together: juniper berries, angelica root, gentian root, heather flowers, chamomile flower, lemon balm leaf, yarrow, and broom flower. Once distilled, we slowly reduce to 50% ABV before bottling.

Made without artificial colors, our creations may change color over time. A slight natural deposit may also form inside the bottles. Rest assured: these natural phenomena do not alter the organoleptic qualities of our products! They also keep very well! Before opening, simply store them upright, away from light, heat, and humidity.
