Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Contact us quickly at contact@distillerieceres.com or at 09 86 79 15 25 .

How do I get my invoice?

Your invoice is automatically sent by email once your order is confirmed. It is also available in your customer account.

What are the delivery times?

Generally allow between 3 and 5 working days in mainland France.

Do you deliver abroad?

Yes, we deliver abroad.

Where to find our products?

You can order online or find us at our partners: wine merchants, delicatessens, bars, restaurants... or simply at the distillery at 11 rue Georges Charpak in Veyre Monton (63).

Can I come and collect my order directly from the distillery?

Yes, at 11 rue Georges Charpak, 63960 Veyre-Monton between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday to Friday (by appointment).

Products

Are your products organic?

All our products are organic except for our Yuzu, which is completely environmentally friendly.

All our products are labeled organic with the exception of our Yuzu.

Are your bottles recyclable?

Yes. Our bottles contain an average of 30% recycled glass, and our packaging comes from sustainable French sources. Feel free to bring them back; we reuse them too.

How long does an opened bottle last?

You will find this information in the product sheets.

Workshops

How to book a workshop?

From the dedicated workshops page on our website, you can select your slot and book online.

I don't know which date to choose, can I offer a gift card?

Of course! You can offer a workshop gift card : the person will choose the date and type of workshop they want.

Is it accessible to beginners?

Yes, our workshops are designed for all skill levels. No prior distilling knowledge is required.

Can I privatize a workshop?

Yes, whether for a private or professional event. Contact us to organize a tailor-made session.

Professionals

Do you work under white label or as a distillation service?

Yes, we offer custom work, whether through white label (with support) or as a service (distillation from your raw material). Each project is flexible.

Can I sell your products in my store?

Yes, contact us via the professional page to discuss it.

Gift Cards

How do I use my gift card?

Simply enter the code provided when booking or ordering online.

What is the validity period?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Is the card valid throughout the site?

Yes, it can be used for all products, including workshops.
