Our values

Artisanal

Brewed in the purest tradition, our expertise respects authentic codes. Our spirits are distilled on-site, in a copper still, in small batches and with great love and dedication.

Creative

Artisanal yes, but not ancestral! Our distillery therefore allows itself to bring its modern spirit to its creations by revisiting traditional processes and by not curbing, under any circumstances, its imagination. Reducing the sugar content, using or combining it in a new way

Local

We are aware of the "high potential" of Auvergne and France in terms of almost everything! This is why, from the plant to the finished product, we prioritize proximity. We have chosen a local cooperative of pickers for our selection of wild plants, a group of organic and similar farmers from the surrounding area for our herbs and fresh fruits, manufacturing partners located near our premises for our packaging boxes and labels, French glass bottles and a wine alcohol - the basis of all our recipes - also French.

After a year of solo adventure, Brice, the founder of the distillery, chose to continue the
accompanied path. At his side today, Estelle, his associate, advances, with whom he finds himself
both in the love of distilled products, as well as in its values ​​and its entrepreneurial vision.

It was in Auvergne, his native land, that Brice developed his taste for fine alcohols. After
